Softball Rules

For those of you who haven't played in Trinity's league before, you can brush up on some of the rules applicable to our league by reviewing Cobb County's league bylaws here.

We do NOT use the co-ed rules, but most everything else applies, with a few exceptions that will be mentioned by your team captains as the season gets underway. A few notable rules include....

- no leading off of bases or stealing
- everyone begins their at bat with a 1 ball and 1 strike count.

For now be sure to start getting into shape to cut down on the pulled muscles that inevitably seem to happen over those first few games!

2011 Season Sign Ups

We are happy to announce that the 2011 Trinity Softball Season is getting under way. We will have sign ups on Sunday, March 20th at all three services. Sign ups will be first come, first served with a strict "No Pay, No Play" policy. Which means, be sure to bring your money to the sign up table.

- Cost is $45 (includes a jersey)
- It is a 12-week season (9 regular and 3 finals) and begins May 2nd.
- All games will be held on Monday nights at 7pm, 8pm and 9pm
- 12 teams this season which means we will have approximately 190 open slots.
